Our Bellevue property extends far beyond the lobby and tropical atrium.  Cascades Grille offers delectable Bellevue dining in the Pacific Northwest  and cuisine with options from the cedar plank king salmon to the prime rib.  We also offer an extensive wine and spirit list - something to please everyone!  Cascades Grille is a casual attire restaurant and is open daily for lunch and dinner from 11:00AM - 10:00PM.

In addition to our signature restaurant, the Embassy Suites Seattle - Bellevue is pleased to offer a daily full cooked-to-order breakfast, daily evening Manager's reception featuring cocktails and snacks as well as in-suite dining options. 

  • Complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast Monday through Friday 6:00AM - 9:00AM and Saturday and Sunday 7:30AM - 10:30AM
  • Hosted evening manager's reception every evening from 5:30PM - 7:30PM
  • Room service is available daily from 11:00AM - 11:00PM.  Our hotel caters to specialty diets.
