This portfolio was created by establishing relationships with many financial institutions including banks, savings and loans, credit companies, insurance and refinancing with Starwood Capital, Greenwich Capital, Nomura, Kemper Investors Life Insurance Company, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance, Lehman Brothers, Heller Financial Services, Olympus Real Estate, Lend Lease, Deutsche Bank and Credit-Suisse.
