To manage the sales effort of the hotel, including developing new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, implementation of sales and marketing strategies so as to maximize profits of the hotel while maintaining customer satisfaction
Maintain liaison with other hotel- level departments, maintains good rapport with area Chamber of Commerce and other local civic groups and companies.
REQUIREMENTS:
o Previous Work experience to include 2 years hotel experience in limited or full service property. Embassy Suites and/or Hilton brand experience is a plus.
Essential Skill Set:
o Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
o Excellent time management skills
Computer Experience Preferred:
o Word, Excel, Powerpoint
o OnQ
o Sales Pro
o Internet Savvy
Miscellaneous Requirements:
o Periodic air travel may be required
o Attend off site meetings as necessary
o Will be required to work nights, weekends and holidays
o Ability to work in fast paced environments and be able adhere to timelines
o Relocation will not be paid
o Only qualified candidates with hotel experience will be considered.
