Windsor Capital Group, Inc. is searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager for the new Embassy Suites Hotel - Denver Downtown. The 403 room hotel has 17,000 sq feet of meeting space and is currently under construction. The hotel is scheduled to open in December 2010.
Essential Functions:
1. Develops short term and long-term financial and operational plans for the restaurant, which support the overall objectives of the company.
2. Prepares the annual budget
3. Monitors the performance of the restaurant through verification and analysis of customer satisfaction systems and financial reports. Initiates corrective action.
4. Maintains product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints. Initiates corrective action.
5. Implements and maintains sales/marketing programs.
6. Establishes and maintains a pro-active human resource function to ensure employee motivation, training, and development, wage/benefit administration and compliance with established labor regulations.
7. Establishes and maintains applicable preventative maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of the restaurant.
8. Maintains a security function, which protects both the assets of the restaurant and the personal safety of employees and customers.
9. Implements and maintains effective two-way communications systems which reach all employees.
10. Develops new programs, which result in an increased level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
11. Manages in compliance with the established company policies and procedures.
12. Manages in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
13. All other duties as assigned by a manager or supervisor.

Previous Work Experience to include:
* Opening of a hotel.
* Minimum of 2 years Restaurant Manager experience.
*Hilton/Embassy brand experience.

* Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to create, develop, and make formal presentations using audio/visual aids.
* Strong organizational skills and must be detail oriented.
* Ability to mentor, train and develop a team oriented department.
* Excellent time management skills.
Miscellaneous requirements:
*Will be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays as appropriate to business level.
* Relocation will not be paid.
* Only qualified candidates with hotel experience will be considered.
