Giveaway will be conducted from June 15th to September 15th. No purchase is required to enter the drawing. Must be at least 18 years of age to enter. No employees or relatives of WCG Hotels, its vendors or its affiliates are eligible to participate. A total of three (3) prizes will be awarded over the life of the giveaway. Each prize consists of both of the following items: 1) An Apple iPad; 2) A free one-night stay at any hotel in the WCG family of hotels.
Each participant may earn up to three (3) chances to win one of three (3) prizes from Windsor Capital Group, Inc. (“WCG Hotels”): 1) One entry is awarded for providing a valid email address for WCG Hotels’ email newsletter; 2) One entry is awarded for "liking" the WCG Hotels Facebook Page at www.facebook.com/wcghotels; 3) One entry is awarded for following the WCG Hotels Twitter account at www.twitter.com/wcghotels. The free one-night stay at any hotel in the WCG family of hotels must be consumed within 6 months of the date the winner is notified. The winner may extend their stay at the hotel at their own expense. Visitors may register for the drawing through any or all of these three ways, for up to a total of 3 entries in the drawing, to win one of three iPads that WCG Hotels will be giving away. Participants may not enter more than once per entry method. For instance, a participant may not follow using 2 different Twitter accounts. Duplicate entries will be omitted from the drawing. Participants must provide valid email address for email newsletters, follow WCG Hotels on Twitter, or “like” WCG Hotels on Facebook to be entered into the drawing. Participants who enter to win the giveaway by providing an email address agree to receive hotel specials and offers from WCG Hotels via email. Participants can always choose to unsubscribe from future email blasts.
Participants must enter to win by: 1) July 15, 2010 for the July 22, 2010 drawing date; 2) August 15, 2010 for the August 22, 2010 drawing date; 3) September 15, 2010 for the September 22, 2010 drawing date. On each of the dates selected above, WCG Hotels representatives will select from the current pool of participants who signed up between the giveaway start date (6/20/2010) and the drawing date. Participants who submitted an entry before the first drawing will be eligible for the remaining drawings in the promotion as well. For instance, a participant who submits an entry before July 15th may also be eligible for the August 15th and September 15th drawings. In order to be eligible to receive the prize, selected winners must meet at least one of the following requirements at the time of the drawing: 1) Entrant provided a valid email address to WCG Hotels; 2) Entrant "liked" the WCG Hotels Facebook Page at www.facebook.com/wcghotels; 3) Entrant is following the WCG Hotels Twitter account at www.twitter.com/wcghotels.
Names of winners will be randomly drawn by WCG Hotels. Winners will be notified within two weeks of the drawing date. Winners must respond to WCG Hotels with the required information within 72 hours of being notified. If WCG Hotels has not heard back from the winner within 72 hours, the selected winner shall forfeit his/her prize and a new winner will be chosen. Winners give WCG Hotels and its vendors the right to use the winner's name and photo on WCG Hotels websites and collateral for promotional purposes. Winner is required to file a W-9 Tax Form (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number) before prizes are awarded.
